Founded in May 2016 in Psychiko, Hachikō set out to create a unique Japanese fusion dining experience, blending modern sushi innovation with traditional Asian flavors. Guided by a commitment to the freshest ingredients, Hachikō crafts its dishes in front of customers, pairing each creation with cocktails inspired by Japanese culture. Following the success of its Psychiko location, Hachikō expanded to Kifisia, Mykonos, and, most recently, Glyfada in 2021.

Hachikō’s mission is to deliver exceptional, high-quality sushi and Asian-inspired dishes, meeting the tastes of a diverse clientele. With a strong emphasis on relationships with employees, suppliers, and the local community, Hachikō maintains a welcoming atmosphere rooted in respect and quality.

Each Hachikō location stands out for its distinctive design and curated ambiance. The flagship in Psychiko accommodates 136 guests indoors and 75 outdoors, while the Kifisia location can host up to 220 guests. In Glyfada, Hachikō offers seating for 135 guests inside and 90 outside. All locations provide dine-in, takeaway, and delivery options.

Hachikō has proudly provided services for events hosted by the Japanese Embassy in Greece, along with hosting corporate and private events, solidifying its reputation as a premier destination for Japanese fusion cuisine in Greece.
